Toronto FC games are starting to feel like ‘The Truman Show”. It’s like each of us there are watching horrible footie played by a substandard club, watching it in the rain (which of course stops exactly when the game was over!) and the team hires a child with no GM experience the day before… and to top it all off MLS sends us arguably the WORST Referee in the history of worst referees who does everything he can to tun the game into a farce. Starting to feel like we are the unwitting actors inside some sort of horrible movie where the object is to see how long the fans can go before they absolutely effin SNAP!

I try to expand on the rant above in the video below:

Edit: Apparently it was Alvaro Rey who came over to clap the TFC Supporters at the game end not Jonothan Osorio. Apologies for the error.

Said it to Pete and Laurie yesterday seriously thinking about my tickets next season, I’m at my end don’t know how much more I can take. Not just the team but the league, if they can’t afford to invest in there officials what’s that say about the way they feel to the players and the fans. As far as the team goes new face same shit, don’t believe a thing anyone from the fo says anymore.

  2. Hey Tim,

I’m surprised that it’s taken you this long honestly. What you are describing is how I started feeling over a year ago. I want more than anything for things to turn around, but with the constant gong show it is hard to imagine when or if that will ever happen.
